SUMMARY:Climate Change Conversation
DESCRIPTION:The AAP California Chapter 2 Climate Change Committee invites you to attend an informational conversation on October 27th from 6:30-7:30pm. This event is intended to be an after work event for fellow pediatricians in our area to come together via Zoom and discuss how climate change is impacting our youth and what our role is. \nWe want to hear from you! Our primary objectives are to get to know each other\, learn what you would like to be more informed about in terms of climate change and child heath\, and offer an overview of the pediatric health impacts of climate change as well as ideas and strategies to get more involved and engaged. This will be the first of quarterly sessions. \nHalloween theme – costumes welcome! \nThe event is free.
