An Advocacy Spotlight Series Event: The US 2020 Census

February 24, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The CHLA Office of Community Affairs & Government Relations and the Pediatric Advocacy Collaborative are hosting anĀ Advocacy Spotlight Series symposium on Monday 2/24 from 2-3 PM regarding the upcoming US Census and its impact on our patient and families.

An accurate Census count is important for determining public benefits funding and representation in government, and children under five years of age are the group most often missedĀ – this has an impact for 10 years!

We will have a representative from the US Census Bureau speak about the importance of this upcoming Census, and we will also discuss the impact of the Census on our patients and families and how you can get involved.

The event will be live streamed and recorded, and is accessible at this link:
