What will you learn?
This presentation will provide evidence-based clinical and operational strategies for integrating quality sexual and reproductive health services into primary care. Participants will learn how to identify and address the unique sexual and reproductive health needs of patients, with an emphasis on STD screening and treatment, during a primary care visit. Dr. Tanaka will also discuss strategies for adapting clinic workflow processes, including elements of billing practices, to maximize efficiency and reimbursement. Current national sexual and reproductive health guidelines, practical tools, and resources will be discussed and utilized throughout.
