Dr. Batra will be presenting on Cardia Evaluations For Sports Clearance. Dr. Batra’s research and scientific findings are reflected in more than 60 publications in prestigious national journals and text books. He is an internationally recognized lecturer who is known for his work on the prevention of sudden cardiac arrest in children and adolescents. He sees patients at the UC Irvine Health Pediatric Cardiopulmonary Clinic, as well as at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach and CHOC Hospital in Orange.
